to a Customer a summary of any Customer
Information retained by Stene Bros regarding
the Customer.

Only Stene Bros has access to Customer
Information, including the client email
lists. Stene Bros will not disclose, sell,
rent, license, exchange or release Customer
Information to third parties.
Customer choices regarding collection, use
and distribution of Customer Information
By accepting the terms of use for the
Stene Bros services and becoming a Customer,
each Customer agrees that Stene Bros may
collect certain information (as detailed in
this Privacy Policy) from and about the
Customer to authenticate the Customer. If a prospective Customer
does not agree to this Privacy Policy, they
may not become a Customer.
Stene Bros may offer a Customer the opportunity to receive offers and
information about products and services from Stene Bros and its partners that
Stene Bros
believes may be of interest to the Customer.
The Customer will be provided a choice
whether to accept or not accept this offer.
If Customer accepts, Stene Bros (or agents
working on behalf of Stene Bros) may
occasionally send the Customer such
information. If this offer is not accepted,
then Customer will not receive such
information. If the Customer initially
accepts, the Customer will be provided the
opportunity to discontinue receiving such
information each time it is sent.

Customers regarding email status and changes to the terms of use for the Stene Bros Services, this Privacy Policy, or
any other policies or agreements relevant to
Customers.
Security Precautions
Stene Bros takes protective measures related
to information security to ensure the
confidentiality of sensitive Customer
Information while stored or in use within
the Stene Bros website.

through Customer mailings. The Stene Bros
sites may contain links to other sites but
Stene Bros is not responsible for the privacy
practices or the content of such sites.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Stene Bros may change this Privacy Policy at
any time and will post the changes to the
Privacy Policy on our website. Any change to
this Privacy Policy will become effective
ten (10) business days after it is initially
posted on the Stene Bros website unless
otherwise agreed with the Customer in
writing. Continued use of the Stene Bros
Services including stenebros.com browsing following such period will mean
that the Customer accepts such changes,
which shall also bind its authorized
representatives. If a Customer does not
agree to any such change, it must terminate
its agreement with Stene Bros and cease using
the Stene Bros service.
